Thank you for shopping with TmommaBee. Our handmade bath, body, and self-care products are prepared and packed with care.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Customized products, celebration bundles, event favors, and larger orders may require additional processing time. Any extended preparation time will be communicated before shipment.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated standard delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact TmommaBee as soon as possible if your address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that its destination can be changed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

TmommaBee is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package appears to be lost or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, please:

• Check around the delivery location and with other members of your household.
• Ask your neighbors whether they received it by mistake.
• Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
• Contact TmommaBee with your order number if you still need assistance.

We will do our best to help. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact TmommaBee within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.
